TUFFWRAPS Global Returns & Exchanges Policy
At TUFFWRAPS, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we are here to assist you. Please carefully read our global returns and exchanges policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 DAYS of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their ORIGINAL, UNUSED CONDITION with all tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, or CUSTOM ORDERS are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on GIFT CARDS.
3. Process for Returning/Exchanging Items
For all returns and exchanges, regardless of your location, items must be sent back to our central warehouse located in the USA. Follow these steps to return or exchange an item:

Initiate a Return/Exchange Request
- Contact our Customer Service team at SUPPORT@TUFFWRAPS.COM to initiate a return or exchange request. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

Shipping the Item
- Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions. All items must be shipped to:

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We recommend using a TRACKABLE SHIPPING METHOD, as TUFFWRAPS is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Processing the Return/Exchange
- Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your return or exchange within 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product as soon as the return is processed. For returns, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. International Customers
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties, taxes, or fees associated with shipping the item to the USA.
- Please note that exchanges for international orders may incur additional shipping fees.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS of processing the return.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at SUPPORT@TUFFWRAPS.COM with a photo of the item and your order details. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and issue a replacement or full refund.
